The Michael Blanning Trust Housing Association is a charitable Housing Association which undertakes developments for retired people.
It does not receive any financial support from the Housing Corporation or any other Government Agency and is an entirely independent charitable organisation.
The Michael Blanning Trust Housing Association provides sheltered housing at Balsall Common, Dorridge and Moseley.
The accommodation primarily comprises one bedroom rented flats and bungalows which are sold as leasehold.
Each development has scheme managers on site from Monday to Saturday to provide support to residents, enabling them to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
Scheme managers organise an array of activities both on and off site, creating a friendly and very sociable environment for all.
